OPEN STUDIO / GALLERY STROLL

If you missed last weekend’s popular open studio event, here’s another chance! You and your friends are invited to stop by and view Karen Horne’s latest artworks and get insights on how she created them. Discover an entire showroom of paintings, pastels and drawings from multiple series, including the first pieces in a new Monet Giverny Garden series. Also get a look at my extensive color palettes and ask questions about my materials and techniques. Experience an array of ballet and tango pieces as well as paintings of the Capitol Theatre and other SLC landmarks. Also enjoy paintings from Rome, Florence, Santa Fe, Carmel and New York, some exhibited for the first time. Includes finished paintings as well as drawings. We look forward to sharing both SLC and travel-inspired works with you!
We’re extending Gallery Stroll hours to the afternoon as well, so we’ll be open noon – 9pm. Street parking is free and convenient! Refreshments served! We invite you to join us!
