Karen Horne was thrilled to receive notice from the director of International Association of Pastel Societies (IAPS). It’s official – she has qualified for the IAPS – MASTER CIRCLE!! Over the past several years, she has competed with pastel artists from around the world for entry into official IAPS exhibitions – and with the latest acceptance this summer of “Going to Pot” into PastelWorld 2024, she has reached MASTER CIRCLE status. Many thanks to the IAPS board for this distinct honor. Karen so appreciates this recognition from her peers.
