Karen Horne was excited to participate in this annual event at the State Capitol Rotunda. She demonstrated pastel portraits of a little dancer who posed. She also exhibited paintings celebrating Utah’s performing arts. The event reminds the Utah legislature of the economic and spiritual value of local arts.
