Karen Horne is thrilled to have her pastel painting “Pink Tutu” juried into this biennial exhibition. It was selected by a noted art collector/cultural advocate from over 400 entries from Utah artists from all over the state. Works are in a variety of mediums and by artists from professional standing to gifted students.
